Caserta. The State Police of Caserta, within the scope of the territorial control services, proceeded with the arrest of a person of Albanian origin, born in 1998, for violation of the Ordinance issued by the Court of Avellino, which ordered the Prohibition of Approaching a Ukrainian citizen, born in 1997, resident in Caserta.
In particular, the operators of the Flying Squad of the Caserta Police Headquarters intervened at the woman's home, following the report of a heated argument between the two. The police officers, who arrived on site, ascertained that shortly before there had been an argument between the 24-year-old and the woman over old disagreements.
Through checks on the databases used by the police force, it was ascertained that the man, with a criminal record, was in breach of the Order issued by the aforementioned AG, which prescribed the prohibition of approaching the woman, having committed acts of stalking and mistreatment against her.
Furthermore, he was reported to the competent AG for failure to comply with immigration regulations, having an irregular position on the national territory.
In light of what emerged, the subject was arrested and subjected to the measure of house arrest at the disposal of the proceeding AG.
