The Neapolitan singer-songwriter was struck, in fact, by a sudden illness shortly after the end of his concert scheduled in Camigliano. The artist felt ill, according to what emerged, around 23:00 pm when he was still on stage for a last farewell to the fans who had come to see him.
The 67-year-old collapsed when he was about to return backstage under the worried eyes of everyone present. At that point 118 was called to allow Gragnaniello to be hospitalized. According to what has been learned, the singer spent the night under observation even if fortunately his health conditions have already improved.
The news has generated apprehension among fans of one of the last great names of the Neapolitan revolution of the Seventies, capable of counting excellent collaborations with artists of the caliber of Mia Martini, Adriano Celentano, Andrea Bocelli, Ornella Vanoni and Roberto Murolo.
