Herculaneum. Yesterday afternoon the agents of the Portici Police Station-Herculaneum, with the support of the Campania Crime Prevention Department and the Canine Unit of the General Prevention Office, during a service to combat drug dealing, carried out a check in the Montedoro district of Ercolano at the home of a man.
The police had noticed a strange coming and going of people, especially boys and young people and for this reason they decided to make a visit. A decision that proved fruitful because they found 6 pieces of hashish weighing about 160 grams, a container with about 9 grams of marijuana, a cutting board used to divide the doses, a precision scale and 775 euros.
GR, a 53-year-old from Ercolano with a criminal record, was arrested for possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing. The police are now continuing their investigations to track down the suppliers of the home pusher and on whose behalf he was dealing.
