The news was released by NanoTv, which was alerted by the residents of Parco Bernardette where Massimo and his sister live. According to witnesses, the 48-year-old was beaten almost daily and even violently.

“Before, the woman would almost secretly beat her brother, but now she does it publicly as a practitioner. We saw her slapping him outside on the balcony. We alerted the Carabinieri several times, who intervened and verified our reports, but without social services they can't do more,” one of the residents said.

“Massimo lives alone with his sister. She has children who, however, wanted to distance themselves from her because of her aggressiveness” – the words of a woman from the condominium.

“We must act with the utmost urgency on this matter” – declared the Regional Councillor of Europa Verde Francesco Emilio Borrelli –"The mayor of Casalnuovo, Massimo Pelliccia, has also been alerted so that social services can intervene quickly. If the accusations against the woman are confirmed, she will have to be dealt with harshly, while Massimo will have to be given other opportunities in life."
