The man who yesterday in Montello (Bergamo), while driving his Fiat Panda, ran over and killed Walter Angelo Monguzzi, a 55-year-old salesman from Osio Sotto, who was on a motorbike, is accused of voluntary homicide.
The accident, according to the Bergamo Carabinieri, occurred after a brief argument between the two at a traffic light.
The arrested man is a 49-year-old from Montello, now in prison in Bergamo. After the fatal accident he had walked away and was tracked down an hour later by the military.
At the end of the investigations, he was charged with voluntary homicide and taken to prison.
