A 53-year-old from Marcianise arrested by the Carabinieri will have to answer for violating the orders to stay away from the family home and the ban on approaching places frequented by his wife, as well as for trespassing, damage and threats.
The man, despite having been subjected by the investigating judge of the Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere to the precautionary measure of prohibition from approaching and the obligation to maintain a minimum distance of 200 meters from his 47-year-old wife, who does not live with him, this morning went to the woman's home and, after having knocked down the front door and ransacked the house, threatened to kill her.
The woman, with her two children, managed to lock herself in the kitchen, alerting 112. When the military arrived on the scene, they found the man in a clearly agitated state, still cursing the woman.
The man was arrested and placed at the disposal of the judicial authorities for the celebration of the summary trial.
