Marcianise, thieves caught stealing in the hospital parking lot. Two people from the Caivano Roma camp arrested by the Carabinieri
In San Prisco, the Carabinieri of the local station arrested for aggravated theft a 27-year-old resident in Caivano at the local Roma camp and a 61-year-old from Afragola.
The two were caught in the parking lot of the Marcianise hospital, while they were trying to steal a Fiat Panda car owned by a 30-year-old woman. When the military caught them, the two had already forced the lock latch and tampered with the ignition of the car.
One of the two, the 23-year-old, tried to flee at the sight of the carabinieri but was promptly stopped. Following the search, which also included the Fiat Punto car with which the criminals arrived at the scene of the attempted theft, several burglary tools were found and seized.
The car, recovered, was returned to the woman, a doctor working at that health facility who had regained possession of the same car that had been stolen from her on October 13th just two days before. The arrested were taken to the Santa Maria Capua Vetere prison.
