He allegedly secluded himself in a dimly lit street with 3 children to abuse one of them. For this reason, the Prosecutor's Office of Naples North has registered a 57-year-old from Casandrino in the register of suspects.
The episode - as reported by Caserta News - occurred a couple of weeks ago. After leaving a pub, in via Borsellino in Casandrino, he would have secluded himself with three children aged between 8 and 6 years. Here he would have molested one of them, forcing the minor to undergo sexual acts.
A case for which the investigating judge Fabrizio Forte of the Naples North court has accepted the request of the public prosecutor for an evidentiary incident. The victim of the abuse and the other two young witnesses will be heard in protected mode in mid-November. A child psychologist will also participate in the hearing.
