In the early afternoon of October 19, in Piazza Principe Umberto, a man and a woman riding a scooter, after having used a pretext to persuade an elderly man who was traveling in his car with his wife to stop, were responsible for the aggravated theft of the bags of the two unfortunates.
In this circumstance, one of the two victims, shortly after the theft, had felt ill and was then deceased in Taddeo Da Sessa street.
At the conclusion of an immediate info-investigative activity which was structured, among other things, through the acquisition and analysis of images provided by video surveillance systems and license plate capture systems present in the area, as well as through the study of the social profiles used by the suspects, serious evidence of guilt against the two suspects was acquired.
