“A year has passed and there is no visible change. Instead, there is a widespread feeling of dissatisfaction, even among voters who supported Manfredi and his huge coalition.
It is above all on the concrete problems of daily life that the judgment is critical. It is also wrong that the mayor and the council do not publicly present a true balance of the activity of these first twelve months: the things done, the things not done and why.
