LThe Order of Chemists and Physicists of Campania has filed an appeal with the TAR against the Municipality of Napoli for the cancellation, with prior suspension, of the competition "based on qualifications and exams, for the recruitment of a total of 55 full-time, permanent managerial staff, to be classified in the role of managers".
The request, urged by numerous members, is based on the part in which the announcement does not provide, among the admission requirements, the participation, for the Technical Area, for candidates in possession of a degree in Chemistry.
"This is - stated the president of the Order Rossella Fasulo - a clear violation of constitutional and ordinary norms. It is a manifest injustice that debases and mortifies the professionalism of Chemists. Immediately after reading the public notice, we had raised the issue several times, but faced with the silence of the municipal offices we were forced to protect our rights by turning to the Administrative Court".
