A man of Nigerian origins was arrested this morning by officers from the San Ferdinando police station in the Chiaia district.
The 30-year-old first attacked a man in via Michelangelo Schipa and when the officers arrived he began to rage, attacking them with punches and bites. After a fight he was stopped by the police with the use of pepper spray supplied to the police force.
The man was found in possession of a driving license and a tax code that had been lost in 1992 and last September respectively.
MO, a 30-year-old Nigerian with a police record and an illegal immigrant on the national territory, was arrested for personal injury and resisting a public official and reported for assault, appropriation of lost property and for illegal entry and residence in the territory of the State.
