Ithe Quaestor of Napoli, on the proposal of the Nola Police Station, has ordered the suspension for 7 days of the local business and the provision of food and beverages to the public at a bar on Corso Tommaso Vitale in Nola.
In particular, last July 2, the police had fined both the owner of the commercial establishment and an employee for having served alcoholic beverages to three minors, aged between 16 and 18, who had not been asked for an identity document despite their physical characteristics showing that they were minors.
The measure is therefore aimed at avoiding a concrete danger to public safety.
