Omicidio di Romeo Bondanese: i baby killer ai servizi sociali per 2 anni. La decisione del gup del Tribunale di Roma: il 17enne di Formia ucciso il 16 febbraio 2021
Probation for four minors involved in the murder of Romeo Bondanese, the 17-year-old from Formia killed on February 16, 2021 a few steps away from Mc Donald's in via Vitruvio.
This is what was established by the preliminary hearing judge Efisia Gaviano of the Juvenile Court of Rome who accepted the requests for probation against the 4 defendants from Caserta (residing between Portico di Caserta and Casapulla) accused of brawling and only one of murder, advanced by the lawyers Gianluca Giordano, Luigi Tecchia, Giuseppe Buondì, Massimo Antonio Grillo, Vincenzo Macario, Francesco D'Atri and Carmela Ferraro.
The preliminary hearing judge of the capital has therefore ordered 12 months of probation for the minors accused of brawling, 24 months for the baby killer. According to the reconstruction of the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office, on the evening of Shrove Tuesday 2021, an argument arose for trivial reasons between Bondanese and the baby killer - a 17-year-old from Casapulla - which led to a fight in which the 17-year-old from Formia, Bondanese's cousin, intervened first in defense of his relative, then the other minors from Caserta in defense of the young murderer.
During the fight, the 17-year-old from Casapulla stabbed Romeo in the left groin. The stab wound severed his femoral artery and vein as well as the external pudendal artery, causing his death. Death occurred due to cardiocirculatory arrest in hypovolemic shock caused by the stab wound. The victim's cousin, who was stabbed in the right thigh, and the baby killer himself, who was wounded in the hand, were also injured during the fight.
