Robbery at the Snai center in Aversa: 2 bandits arrested. Two arrests for the robbery at the Snai center in Aversa.
D'Alterio Nicola, a 40-year-old from Giugliano, is under investigation for the robbery of a SNAI betting center in Aversa. The GIP of the Court of Naples North, Dr. Simone Farina, at the request of the lawyer Luigi Poziello of the Court of Naples North, has granted him house arrest despite the contrary opinion of the public prosecutor, Dr. Fabio Sozio. In addition to the 40-year-old, Salvatore Micillo has also ended up in handcuffs.
The incident occurred three months ago. The two robbers were identified thanks to video surveillance cameras in the business and in the area. According to the investigators' reconstruction, one of the two - with his face covered by a neck warmer - broke into the betting center pointing a gun at a customer in the room.
Taking advantage of the open door, the criminal headed towards the counter where there was a clerk, forcing her to hand over all the money in the automatic cash register. The two, according to the investigations, managed to take away a good 11.400 euros.
After carrying out the robbery, the criminals managed to quickly escape with the loot, thanks to a car they had parked in a small street not far from the betting center. The investigators found that the same car had also passed through the area a few moments before the robbery, evidently with the aim of carrying out preliminary inspections, and at that time there were two people in the car.
The investigation was conducted by the Caserta State Police - Flying Squad, with the collaboration of the Aversa Police Station, which executed the precautionary custody orders.
