A 23-year-old of Moldovan origin was carrying the rifle. The young man was arrested this morning by the Carabinieri of the Operational and Radiomobile Unit of the Company of Capua, together with the military of the Station of Pietramelara: he is accused of manslaughter
As the hours passed, the contours of the story that led to the tragic death of the very young woman from Riardese became clearer. What initially appeared to be a suicide later turned out to be a murder. A crime that would appear to have arisen from a tragic game.
From an initial reconstruction of the facts it emerged that while the two were in the bedroom of the girl's family home, the man, after having taken up a rifle semi-automatic, left unattended on the bed, he allegedly pointed the gun at the girl, fatally hitting her with an accidentally fired shot.
The immediate rescue services alerted through the emergency number "112" were activated by the same author of the murder. The 118 personnel who arrived on the scene together with the military of the Arma confirmed the death of the woman.
On site, in addition to themurder weapon, two rifles with overlapping barrels were found and seized. The arrested person was placed at the disposal of the competent judicial authority, which intervened on the spot.
