The ban on access to public establishments affected three people involved in a brawl in Ischia, two people who had confronted each other in Piazza San Domenico Maggiore in Naples and three Gambians caught dealing drugs in Piazza Bellini and a criminal from Castellammare.
The Naples Police Chief has issued 5 orders prohibiting access to public establishments or places of public entertainment, pursuant to art. 13bis of Legislative Decree 14/2017, as amended by Legislative Decree 130/2020, against an equal number of people, between the ages of 18 and 60, originally from Naples, Casandrino and Frattamaggiore.
In particular, the measure affected three people who, last August, were reported for a brawl that took place near a bar in Ischia; as well as two people who, last June, were reported for aggravated injuries, one of whom also for slander, following an attack that took place in Piazza San Domenico Maggiore in Naples for trivial reasons.
These measures, prepared and prepared by the Anti-Crime Police Division of the Police Headquarters, include a ban, from one year to eighteen months, on accessing public establishments and places of public entertainment in the streets where the events took place, as well as on staying in their immediate vicinity.
Again, three provisions pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 14/2017, as recently amended by Legislative Decree 130/2020, which provide for the prohibition of accessing public establishments and places of public entertainment located in the areas of the events and in adjacent streets as well as of staying in the immediate vicinity of the establishments and premises of the areas concerned, were issued, for periods between 2 and 5 years, against three Gambians between the ages of 26 and 29 who last September, at the corner of Via Port' Alba and Piazza Bellini, were found guilty of possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing and resisting a Public Official, one of whom also for aggravated injuries.
Finally, a provision pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 14/2017, as recently amended by Legislative Decree 130/2020, which provides for a two-year ban on accessing public establishments and places of public entertainment located in the areas of the events and in adjacent streets as well as loitering in the immediate vicinity of the establishments and premises in the areas concerned, was issued against a 22-year-old from Castellammare di Stabia who last July, in Piazza Giovanni XXIII in Castellammare di Stabia, was found guilty of possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing.
