The instigators and material perpetrators of the double homicide of Ciro Abrunzo and Franco Gaiola, which occurred in June 2012 and was part of the Scampia feud, have been discovered.
The Naples Flying Squad has in fact executed a custodial detention order issued by the GIP of the Court of Napoli, towards:
▪ RICCIO Mario cl. 91,
▪ RUSSO Francesco Paolo cl.90,
▪ LOOT Franco cl. 83,
▪ PALUMBO Saturday class 54.
as they are considered to be seriously suspected of the double homicide of ABRUNZO Cyrus and GAIOLA Franco mortally wounded by the explosion of 15 gunshots, on June 21, 2012, in Naples in Corso Sirena.
The criminal action would have matured within the context of the so-called third Camorra feud that arose in the years 2010 - 2012 for the control of drug trafficking in Scampia, Mugnano and Melito, which saw the Di Lauro, Amato - Pagano and Abete - Abbinante - Notturno families in opposition.
The victims ABRUNZO Ciro and GAIOLA Franco were linked to the group of camorra of the Abete – Abbinante – Notturno, while the perpetrators of the double homicide, recipients of the measure, affiliated with the Amato – Pagano faction.
