Yesterday afternoon the Hawks of the Flying Squad, during a service to combat the shop of narcotic substances, they noticed near a car wash on via San Cosmo inside the Ricoli market a man who, in exchange for a banknote, was about to give a package to a person after having taken it from under the seat of a scooter.
The police caught up with him and stopped him, finding him in possession of a small bag containing marijuana, two 5 euro notes and the key to the moped from which he had taken the package; in addition, 8 other packages containing the same substance weighing approximately 26 grams were found in the under-seat compartment.
SP, a 25-year-old Neapolitan with a criminal record, was arrested for possession of narcotics with intent to deal.
