The girl was planning to pretend to have been raped or sexually approached by community educators.
In recent days, the Carabinieri of the Besana in Brianza station executed a precautionary custody order with placement in a juvenile penal institution, issued by the investigating judge of the juvenile court of Milan against a 16-year-old investigated for the crimes of mistreatment, extortion, and robbery committed against her cohabiting family members.
In particular, the 16-year-old, from April 2021 to last July 2022, allegedly mistreated her mother and 9-year-old sister through continuous and systematic insults, offenses and bullying aimed at making them succumb to her character outbursts and the constant requests for money that she extorted on an almost daily basis.
The defendant allegedly carried out repeated acts damaging to their moral integrity by addressing her family members with insulting epithets and repeatedly threatening to attack them, in an increasingly heated and intimidating tone, destroying furniture and doors in the event of a manifest refusal, throwing objects and/or hitting them with punches and kicks.
The girl allegedly created a climate of terror in the house, causing a state of psychological subjection and prostration in the victims, thus causing painful living conditions with such harmful, harassing and violent conduct and habitually modifying personal relationships with them.
Having collected the serious and consistent evidence of guilt described above, on 22 July 2022 the Carabinieri took the young girl to a female community in Renate but, in the months of August and September alone, the 16-year-old was the protagonist of various negative behaviors including the theft of a mobile phone.
In those months it also emerged that the suspect was planning to simulate having suffered violence or a sexual approach from the community's educators and, for this purpose, had asked another guest to obtain her boyfriend's seminal fluid.
In light of the serious conduct committed during the short period of stay in the community of Renate, reported by the Carabinieri to the juvenile justice authority, on the proposal of the public prosecutor, the investigating judge of the Juvenile Court of Milan ordered the aggravation of the precautionary measure of stay in the community with that of prison. The 16-year-old was therefore taken from Renate and transferred to the Pontremoli juvenile penal institute.
