This is the first instance sentence issued today by the Torre Annunziata court against theformer manager of the Technical Office of the Vesuvian municipality, Nuncio Aryan, involved in several cases of alleged corruption which also involved public administrators of Torre Annunziata, leading to the double dissolution of the municipal council, first due to the resignation of the majority of councilors and then due to Camorra infiltration.
In particular, the case that led to the first degree conviction with abbreviated procedure against Ariano, follows another sentence equal to six years of prison decreed by the judges of the Oplontine court for another episode related to work in another school, at the time of the events necessary to respond to the needs related to the pandemic emergency.
