Riardo, a friend investigated for voluntary homicide, was killed by a shotgun blast.
The tragic error trail for the death of 28-year-old Francesca Compagnone from Riardo is losing consistency
The 23-year-old Moldovan who last October 26, in Riardo, in the province of Caserta, killed his 28-year-old friend Francesca Compagnone with a shotgun blast in her bedroom is now being investigated by the Caserta Public Prosecutor's Office of Santa Maria Capua Vetere for voluntary homicide under the profile of eventual intent.
The Moldovan was arrested and then released by the judicial authorities. The hypothesis of the tragic error - which until yesterday was considered the main one - loses weight with the passing of the hours and the testimonies collected by the carabinieri with the coordination of the investigating office led by prosecutor Carmine Renzulli.
Among the elements that led investigators to hypothesize a more serious situation than the one that initially emerged is the circumstance that the 23-year-old pulled the trigger three times, always pointing the gun at Francesca, and so he would have done so accepting the risk that a shot could be fired from the rifle.
The young man, however, reported to the police that Francesca had assured him that the weapon was unloaded. The boy said he had tried the rifle once, twice, without anything happening, and then the third time the shot went off. The autopsy should be carried out today and, at the same time, the ballistics assessments of the technicians appointed by the Sammarinese Prosecutor's Office will also begin.
Finally, a computer expert was also assigned the task of analyzing the flow of data (on WhatsApp chats and also phone calls) between the suspect and the victim.
