The Gup at the Court of Napoli - Dr. Fabio Lombardo has acquitted the leader of the Silenzio clan, namely Francesco Silenzio, accused of the murder of Annamaria Palmieri known as "Nino D'Angelo", killed in January 2018.
Sensational above all for the acquittal of Franco Silenzio, accused of the murder of Annamaria Palmieri known as 'Nino D'Angelo', killed in January 2018. First allies and relatives, then bitter enemies. The story arises from the collaboration of Antonio Costabile against Silence clan, who with his revelations shed light on the murder of Annamaria Palmieri.
The woman paid with her life for having facilitated the meeting of two people, one of them Assumption Formicola, ex-wife of Silence Francesco.
Today this reconstruction was denied by the decision of the investigating judge who fully accepted the arguments of Silenzio's lawyer, theLawyer Salvatore D'Antonio, who managed to dismantle the accusations of the proponent Costabile as well as others 7 collaborators of justice.

Silenzio was acquitted because the fact does not substantiate the accusation of being the material executor of Palmieri's murder, also through ballistic technical consultancy.
Silenzio was sentenced to 20 years for the charges relating to the association (as he was indicated as the leader and promoter) and drug trafficking.
Another sensational acquittal is that of Pasqualina Di Leo, always defended by the lawyer D'Antonio together with his colleague Salvatore Impradice.
For Salvatore Silenzio, defended by Attorney D'Antonio and Attorney Joseph Milazzo, another soft sentence (nine years and four months), compared to a request by the PM for 20 years of imprisonment.
