Full acquittal in the second degree of judgment, with the formula "the fact does not exist", for the LIPU guard, Davide Zeccolella, convicted of the crime of ideological forgery in relation to the falsification of a hunter's signature placed at the end of a hunting investigation.

For this incident Zoccolella was sentenced to two years of imprisonment (suspended sentence) on 14 September 2018, by the single judge of the detached section of Ischia of the Court of NapoliThe same judge decided to acquit two other Lipu guards who had been sent for trial.
Zeccolella was also sentenced to pay 1500 euros in legal fees and to compensate the civil party for damages to be settled in civil court. However, on November 22, after more than four years, the Court of Appeal of Naples found him innocent.
