“Dreamin' in the sky”, the new single by singer-songwriter Lorenzo Ciffo, returns to digital stores.
Article Key Points
There are releases that do not need words to reach straight to the hearts of listeners, artists capable of perfectly blending moods and emotions with their creative attitude that, combined with an executive ability resulting from commitment, dedication and training, gives the public a deep sensory immersion capable of involving, surprising and fascinating. One of these is undoubtedly Lorenzo Ciffo who, fresh from the success of his previous releases, including the captivating Celtic-ballad “Opening the Battle”, returns to digital stores with “Dreamin' in the sky”, his new single.
Hope, joy and personal evolution follow one another in less than a minute and a half, lulled by the gentle pressing of the piano and the positive vibes arising from the percussions, enveloping the mind, ears and soul in a delicate embrace that instantly leads to that essential connection with oneself made increasingly complex and fragmented by the frenzy of our contemporary age.
"Dreamin' in the sky" – declares Ciffo – it is an introspective journey, surrounded by a hilly landscape, a maturation of the being that rises ever higher, guiding the listener towards the right path”.
An exclusive and subjective straight path, but one that can extend to the collective through the serenity with which it permeates every single individual, which “Dreamin' in the sky” – literally “Dreaming in the sky” – represents in an excellent way, acting as the lens of a wonderful spiritual shot, surrounded by the inextinguishable force of nature, which, through iconographic sounds and an increasingly dynamic progression, supported by the growing modulation of instruments and the enrichment of a male voice halfway through the work, symbolize the advancement and development of the human being, the individual search for one's own essence.
The refined vivacity that permeates the entire work, immediately refers to a naturalistic context where lightness, trust and harmony become the main ingredients of a small but extraordinary masterpiece, that of our life.
The artwork of the song was created by the professional competence and figurative sensitivity of Elena Conte, who was able to transpose the enchanting meaning of the piece into shapes and colors.
