This morning the police officers from the police station Secondigliano and personnel from the Local Police – UO Secondigliano Abandoned Vehicles Group, with the support of the Campania Crime Prevention Department, carried out an extraordinary territorial control service in the Secondigliano district and in San Pietro a Patierno.
During the operation, 72 people were identified, 35 of whom had a police record, 69 vehicles were checked, two of which were subject to administrative seizure, and 10 violations of the Highway Code were contested for lack of insurance coverage, lack of periodic inspection, driving a vehicle already subject to seizure, driving without a license because it was never obtained and for parking in a prohibited area.
In addition, 24 vehicles were removed because they were found abandoned along the streets of the neighborhood. According to the provisions of the Naples Police Chief, the checks will continue in the coming days.
