The Bari local police caught a driver who was illegally providing a chauffeur-driven rental service while he was transporting 13 people on board a Mercedes minibus.

The passengers had been picked up from the port of Bari and were headed to Caserta. The driver, a foreign citizen whose license had also expired, was fined approximately 1.500 euros and his vehicle was placed under administrative seizure.
