This morning, together with ten other city councilors, we tendered our resignations, and put an end to the deleterious and failed Salvati administration.
An administration that has failed at everything, has often given in to shady private interests, has increased the institution's budget deficit, has been incapable of managing day-to-day operations, and has still been unable to plan for the future and seize the opportunities represented by the NRRP.

Salvati has broken the record for changes in councilors and cabinet reshuffles, she has governed thanks to operations of political transformation and mercantilism, she has stained herself with a continuous lack of respect for the institutions and the decorum of the city.
For this reason today, even with the weight in our hearts of committing an extreme act, we have done our just duty towards the city and for the city. A thank you to all the municipal employees with whom we have peacefully worked and collaborated in these years.
And a touching thought for Alfonso Carotenuto, our colleague who passed away prematurely last year, a good and courageous person, who we are certain would have been with us this morning.
