Soldiers from the Carabinieri Forestry Station of Marcianise (CE), during a territorial inspection aimed at verifying the correct management of waste produced by artisanal and industrial activities, went to the countryside of the municipality of Lusciano (CE), and more precisely to a factory located there, where the main activities were machinery maintenance and iron processing.
The inspection highlighted the use of welding machines in the production cycle necessary for the processing of iron and similar materials for which the company was found to lack the necessary authorisations.
Therefore, the aforementioned military personnel proceeded with the preventive seizure of the entire plant, covering an area of over 2000 mXNUMX, for having carried out an iron processing activity using welding machines, in the absence of the required authorisations regarding emissions into the atmosphere, and the owner of the business was reported at large for the specific crime provided for by the Environmental Code.
