There is mystery surrounding the wounding of a migrant that occurred last night in Melito. The Carabinieri are investigating the incident.
Yesterday late in the evening a 34-year-old from Burkina Faso was taken to the hospital in Giugliano for a wound to the right thigh. Presumably struck with a cutting weapon, the 34-year-old did not provide any information.
The injury would have occurred in the municipality of Melito but investigations are underway to clarify every point of the story. The victim is not in danger of life. Investigations by the Carabinieri of the Melito branch.
The military interrogated some compatriots to understand where the injury occurred and why, but above all to identify the person responsible and recover the weapon used.
