They are all seriously suspected of the crimes of kidnapping and aggravated personal injury, committed, in collaboration with each other and with a fourth person who is currently unidentified, in the city of Castellammare di Stabia to the detriment of another individual.

The investigations, coordinated by this Public Prosecutor's Office and carried out by the Judicial Police Section and the Public Safety Commissioner's Office of Castellammare di Stabia, originated from the complaint filed by a man who reported that his car and the company car he was using had been set on fire.

During the investigation, it was discovered that previously, in May 2021, the victim had been picked up by two acquaintances from her home, who, after having invited her to get into the car, claiming that they had to clarify an alleged personal dispute, had forcibly prevented her from getting out of the car and had taken her to an isolated place.

And there, together with two other individuals waiting there, one of whom was armed with a stick, they had attacked her with kicks and punches, causing injuries to her abdomen, pelvis, back and upper and lower limbs, which were judged to heal in thirteen days.

The victim had managed to escape, reaching the public road, avoiding worse consequences. The reason for the “beating” should be sought in an alleged relationship between the victim and the wife of one of the attackers.

Following the formal procedures, in compliance with the precautionary order, one of the suspects was placed under house arrest while the other two were banned from residing in the metropolitan city of Napoli.
