The inaugural event, which will be a party where you can taste typical dishes and listen to Georgian folklore songs, will be held on Sunday, February 26 at 15:XNUMX p.m. in the presence of the Consul of Georgia in Bari and the creator of the initiative Giorgi Kekelidze, a writer and television host who founded the first digital library in the country and the general director of the National Parliament Library of Georgia.

A European tour to spread and create strongholds of Georgian history and culture, which in Italy has chosen the cities of Milan and Naples as privileged places to host over one hundred books of literature for young people and adults, in the original language and translated into English and Italian.

The collection donated to Dedalus will also include a very rare copy of the Italian translation of Shota Rustaveli's book 'The Rider in the Leopard's Skin', the national epic poem of Georgia.

The event is part of the activities of the SCIC Citizen System for Community Integration project funded by the National Fund for Migration Policies of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policies.
