Asl Napoli 1 private security trembles for the fate of 348 security guards

This morning the Security Service started the procedure for changing the contract under articles 24 and following of the Ccnl private security - armed security services at the ASL offices Naples 1 Center.

According to Security Service, the contract in question has developed an average annual commitment of 815.000 hours for armed surveillance services.

On the ASL sites, according to Security Service, 348 gpg were used exclusively and predominantly, which is why the loss of the contract causes significant employment problems for the workers used, who are not employable within the workforce of other clients.

Here it is on February 8, 2023 at 14,30 pm at the Security Service headquarters in Naples the incoming Securpol Puglia (part of the Cosmopol spa group) and the most representative trade unions will be involved in the transition of the workers, guaranteeing the acquired rights.

For the National President of the Association of Special Security Guards Giuseppe Alviti, also appointed at number 275 on the list of those entitled to passage, "it is a victory for the constitutional guarantees of the worker to keep what he has achieved in his career, obviously it is proudly on a list made actually containing the expected norms but on February 8th there will be a way to verify this. Obviously a delegation of the Angpg will be on site".
