The requests of his defense attorneys, Raffaele and Gaetano Crisileo, were fully accepted. The facts date back to about 7 years ago when the non-commissioned officer was reported by a relative of his who complained that he had been hit by the soldier with his car and had then even gone to the hospital in Santa Maria Capua Vetere where they found a contusion to his hip following the impact.
