The arrest of Vincenzo Andreozzi, an entrepreneur originally from the province of Caserta, was confirmed.
The man was found by law enforcement with 150 grams of cocaine. The charge brought against him is possession of drugs for the purpose of dealing.
The entrepreneur from Piedimonte Matese was stopped by local law enforcement while he had 150 grams of cocaine with him, a quantity that was not considered attributable to personal use. Vincenzo Andreozzi, however, explained that the drugs were for him, purchased in large quantities to reduce trips to the Neapolitan drug dealing area.
At the end of the preliminary hearing yesterday, February 14, the judges decided that the entrepreneur must remain in Poggioreale. The man's lawyer has already declared that the appeal to the Review Court is ready.
