I military of Nas di Napoli have executed an application order of the suspension from the exercise of public service for 1 year towards two nurses in service atAsl Napoli 1 Center, investigated for the crimes of peculation, false ideological e fraud.
According to what was reconstructed by Demand di Napoli and included in the order issued by the investigating judge of the Neapolitan court, the two nurses, during the period of emergency Covid, they would have appropriated study material belonging to the public administration to perform molecular buffers in order to carry out tests on third parties.
From these they would then have perceived a illicit compensation, by inserting their names in the list of ASL employees and, therefore, falsely certifying the presence of the requirements that legitimise the processing of the sample.
Furthermore, one of the suspects allegedly simulated a non-existent impediment to carry out the work activity to participate in a training course in the healthcare sector.
