With funds resulting from an agreement with the Naples Prosecutor's Office and the Attorney General's Office.
A huge five-hundred-square-meter villa, built illegally in the Vesuvius National Park, was demolished in recent days following a provision issued at the request of the Naples Public Prosecutor's Office (fifth section, coordinated by deputy prosecutor Pierpaolo Filippelli).
The building - which fell within the territory of the municipality of Ercolano - was demolished using funds made available by the Vesuvius Park through a memorandum of understanding dating back to 2019 involving the institution, the Naples Public Prosecutor's Office and the Naples General Prosecutor's Office.
