With funds resulting from an agreement with the Naples Prosecutor's Office and the Attorney General's Office.
A huge five-hundred-square-meter villa, built illegally in the Vesuvius National Park, was demolished in recent days following a provision issued at the request of the Naples Public Prosecutor's Office (fifth section, coordinated by deputy prosecutor Pierpaolo Filippelli).
The building—which fell within the municipality of Ercolano—was demolished using funds made available by the Vesuvius Park through a 2019 memorandum of understanding involving the institution, the Naples Public Prosecutor's Office, and the Naples Attorney General's Office.
