For the penitentiary police celebration, the penitentiary police unions Sinappe, Uil Pa Pp, Uspp, Fns Cisl, Fp Cgil and Cnpp, judge negatively the possibility that it could be celebrated in the prison of Santa Maria Capua Vetere (Caserta), where in 2020 hundreds of officers were the protagonists of a series of acts of violence against inmates.
