The girl was killed with a gunshot fired no more than 50 cm away from her and the person who pulled the trigger of the semi-automatic rifle (the gun belongs to Mr. Nino, the victim's father) was 23-year-old Ciprian Vicol, a boy of Moldovan origin and a friend of the girl.
The bullet hit the girl in the face, unfortunately leaving her no escape. Immediately questioned, Vicol continued to declare that the shot was fired accidentally.
