“The Romanian media and prosecutor – concludes the Iorgulescu family lawyer – they have attacked Mario and his father, deliberately distorting the reality of the facts and his real health conditions, portraying my client as a fugitive who wants to escape justice, proceeding summarily and demonizing him"
"It is obviously right that criminal responsibility be ascertained, in a fair trial, and that the accused respond to the charges and defend himself. All this when there are the conditions to hold the trial. I believe that this is a violation of human rights."
