"I am satisfied with the sentence but no one will give me my son back. I have had a life sentence for six years, since they killed my Lello. Now it's their turn. Then one day they will have to appear before divine justice."

Anna Ostetrico , the mother of Raffaele Pisa, killed on 13 December 2016 in via Giorgio De Grassi in Pianura on a simple suspicion, is still upset and her voice broken by tears.

The judges of the Third Section of the Assize Court of Naples have sentenced the two alleged killers to life imprisonment: Vitale Perfetto , known as “piett e fierr”, former regent of the Pesce Marfella clan, and Maurizio Legnante 'o Taliban, free for a few months.

“A sentence that does justice ,” explained Anna Ostetrico today, who yesterday was overcome by a fit of liberating tears when the sentence was read by the president of the third section of the Assize Court of Naples.

"I want to thank our lawyer Concetta Vernazzaro, who has always supported me in this battle for truth, as well as the magistrates for the way they conducted the trial. Now I just want Lello to rest in peace after this sentence. And I too feel more at peace because I have brought justice to an innocent victim. My Lello was not involved in the Camorra and did not deserve to be killed like a boss ," concluded Anna Ostetrico.

The young man, unconnected to the Camorra, was killed outside a private club. His brother Gianluca has repeatedly stated that Raffaele would have been killed in his place.

And that he had been stopped in the street by members of the Marfella clan (including Maurizio Legnante himself), who had threatened him because they believed he was running a drug dealing ring on his own.

In addition to the investigations by the Naples Flying Squad, numerous informants also shed light on Raffaele Pisa 's murder, confirming their accusations against the two convicted criminals during the trial. Legnante and Perfetto's lawyers repeatedly attempted to dismiss their statements as unreliable.
