Among the promoters of the initiative is the ancient pizzeria 'Da Michele'.
It is called “Mi formo con te” (I train with you) the initiative that the Antica pizzeria Da Michele in the world and the Association Logos FormAzione have started in Aversa through their pizza making course.
Starting yesterday, Wednesday, February 22, every two weeks, the young students of the pizza making course will bake pizzas that will be donated to families identified by Unicef Comitato Campania, in collaboration with the Casa della vita volunteer association and the Santa Maria La Nova parish of Aversa.
With this initiative, the students of the course really put themselves to the test and the training is put to the service of the territory, in a continuous exchange. Hence the title "I train with you" which includes a series of appointments, with the collaboration of the Unicef Campania Committee, in which the students of the free course offered by Michele in the world and the Association Logos formAzione, ideally meet with families and children, the most demanding subjects.
The donated pizzas are traditional. The marinara, apparently simple, is the true test of the pizza chef. The margherita is the double mozzarella, typical of the tradition of the Antica Pizzeria Da Michele in Forcella. The appointment will become a regular moment, an integral part of all future courses, to make students understand the value of the gift and of the constant comparison with the territory, with a view to human improvement, even before professional improvement.
