Judge Stefania Amodeo, the sole judge of the North Naples district, sentenced the owner of the home rented by the family of a 60-year-old woman, Maria Adamo, who died instantly in December 2018 after being hit by a sliding gate outside her home, in a private park on Via della Resistenza, in Mugnano di Napoli.
