As per tradition, the Bianca d'Aponte Auditorium in Aversa celebrates Bianca d'Aponte's birthday and that of Fausto Mesolella, for many years the artistic director of the Award dedicated to the late singer-songwriter, with an exclusive concert in mid-February.
The appointment is for February 16 with Musica nuda, the lucky duo composed of Petra Magoni (vocals) and Ferruccio Spinetti (double bass), who have enchanted audiences all over the world and who this year celebrate 20 years of artistic union. They will bring on stage their most loved songs by the public together with the unreleased songs of the new album that will be released in March 2023, which was recently anticipated by the single 'Guardami', composed by Spinetti and Frankie hi-nrg mc with the lyrics by Luigi Salerno.

In the meantime, registrations are open for the 19th edition of the “Premio Bianca d'Aponte – Città di Aversa”, the contest for female singer-songwriters with no musical genre preclusions. The registration form and the competition announcement are available on www.premiobiancadaponte.it . Participation is as always free, the deadline is set for April 24, 2023.
The finalists of the Award, which will benefit from the artistic direction of Ferruccio Spinetti himself, will be selected as always by a large and prestigious Committee of Guarantee, composed of singers, authors, operators in the sector and music journalists.
Many of the Committee members will also be part of the two juries, the general one and the critics' one, which will award the prizes during the final evenings.
The winner of the overall prize will receive a scholarship of €1.000, while the winner of the “Fausto Mesolella” Critics’ Award (in homage to the event’s historic artistic director) will receive a scholarship of €800. The general jury will also award mentions to the best text (this year dedicated to Oscar Avogadro), the best music and the best interpretation. There will also be several other prizes and bonuses awarded by individual members of the jury or by organizations and associations close to d’Aponte.
The finals are scheduled at the Cimarosa theater in Aversa on October 27 and 28, 2023.
The most recent edition of the Award was held at the end of October 2022, with the victory of Moà and the “Fausto Mesolella” critics’ award to Jole.
