The officers of the Decumani police station, Napoli, during the territorial control service, while passing along Corso Umberto I they noticed a man on foot who, at the sight of them, attempted to evade the control but was reached and stopped.
The police identified the man as a 57-year-old Algerian and arrested him pursuant to a concurrent sentence and execution order issued on February 2 by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court of Naples - Criminal Enforcement Office. He is serving a remaining sentence of one year, eight months, and 8 days of imprisonment for property crimes.
