Between stand-up, puppets and cabaret, Sunday 19 February – 19.00:XNUMX pm – at the Nostos Teatro in Aversa, the author and actor Marco Ceccotti returns with “Serata con del povero”, a show with humor.

Ceccotti Marco, a rather useless pseudonym for Marco Ceccotti, presents his 'worst beautiful masterpieces' in a show that is all in all comical, a meeting point between stand-up, puppets, cabaret, everything and the opposite of everything. An uninterrupted flow of unconsciousness excluding some pauses, a succession of monologues that tell unusual stories of everyday life, true events that happened to invented people and vice versa. Stories of extremist love, cartoons for small and already nostalgic children, a soap opera with puppets, motivational courses for Smurfs, obvious advertising, occult comedy, hilarious tragedies and scenes of life lived badly. All in the name of comic bizarreness, bold surrealism and 'unpolitically correct'.

In his professional biography, Ceccotti describes himself as follows: "a non-practicing accountant, actor, comedian, puppeteer, but mainly an author, Marco Ceccotti writes for adults and children, for the theater, advertising, TV and podcasts. He performed in prison, but only to have something in common with the Blues Brothers, he performed in New York to have something in common with the Ghostbusters and in Parioli to have something in common with Maurizio Costanzo. Since 2009 he has worked as a puppeteer at the San Carlino - Teatro Stabile di Burattini in Rome where he tries to entertain parents too, because they are the ones who pay for the tickets. In 2012 he founded NANO EGIDIO, a three-member theater collective that experiments with various comic languages mixing elements of puppet theater, acting, philosophy and B movie. With the collective he performs in the main OFF theaters in Italy, with some appearances bordering on the glorious in the ON ones. In 2016 he was among the founders of SGOMBRO, the variety show at the Nuovo Cinema Palazzo that brings together the new generation of Roman authors, comedians and performers.

In 2021 he began performing alone with his comic monologues that combine stand-up comedy, puppets, poetry and whatever comes to mind, he brings his “Serata con del Potenziale” on stage. In 2022 his text “Questo Splendida Non Belligeranza” won the In-box Award, winning a record 30 dates around Italy.

Few but fundamental appearances on TV: “Una Pezza di Lundini” on Rai2 (acting), “Propaganda Live” on La7 and Tg2 Costume e Società on Rai2 (passer-by informed about Kamut)”.
