Ugo Russo Murder: The preliminary hearing into the murder of the fourteen-year-old boy killed in Naples by a Carabinieri officer on the night of February 29, 2020, has been postponed until March 9.
The young victim was armed with a replica gun, and was trying to rob, with an accomplice, the soldier's Rolex watch. The decision was adopted by the preliminary hearing judge Tommaso Perrella after admitting the civil parties, the parents and the brother of the very young victim.
The judge, also on the basis of some ballistic and medical reports presented by the carabiniere's lawyers (Floccher, Guida and Capone), decided to listen to the ballistic expert who drafted the report of the evidentiary incident.

According to a prosecutor's report, the shots struck while Ugo Russo was facing away from him.
