With around 200 thousand visitors registered on Sunday 18, Monday 20 and Tuesday 21 February, the record-breaking Carnival in Palma Campania comes to an end: there have never been so many visitors in the past.
Thanks to a particularly rich program but, above all, to the commitment and skill of all the members of the Quadriglie, which have always been the soul of the Carnival in Palma Campania. To the visits of the last three days, we must then add those of the past days, where participation was also very large.
The mayor Nello Donnarumma announced this very significant data, explaining: “My thanks go to all those who contributed to the success of the Carnival, to Councilor Nello Nunziata and to the President of the Floriana Nappi Foundation.
Ours is the most beautiful but also the safest event in all of Campania, young people, families and children come here and enjoy a unique show with absolute serenity: it is a great satisfaction, but also a stimulus to always do better, year after year".
Donnarumma continues: “The Quadrille show was exceptional, the quality was very high and it was noticed by everyone.”
The Carnival of Palma Campania continues tomorrow with the counting of votes that will decree the victory of the Quadriglia and on Saturday 25th with the awarding of all the Quadriglias (live on TV and social media on Video Nola).
