Alternatively, the club requests to undo la decision for violation of the principles of adversarial proceedings and due process, as well as for violation of the right to defense. The appeal also proposes other reasons for requesting annulment without referral and also suggests "to quash the sentence for violation of the principles of due process".

Regarding the sanction, the Juve asks to annul the decision of the Court of Appeal federal for failure to provide reasons for the quantification of the sanctions imposed in violation of art. 12 CGS FIGC and in violation of the principle of proportionality in the treatment of sanctions.
Finally, the black and white club asks in the extreme alternative to order the referral to the competent federal sports justice body, which will want - according to the principle of law established by the Guarantee College - to reform the contested decision in favor of the appellant.
