Life smiles on Alessandro Scudieri, a brilliant vice commissioner in the Naples Mobile Department: a wife he loves, his first child on the way, a career on the rise, and a treacherous gang he has finally managed to track down.

Everything would be fine, if it weren't for the fact that sometimes you shouldn't push yourself beyond the established limits and challenge them. His life changes forever when he is involved with his wife Paola, a judge at the Juvenile Court, in a shooting: after discovering that Alessandro was secretly following a lead, their relationship falls apart.
Capturing the gang, which moves mostly underground, and winning back Paola become his goals and, to achieve them, he chooses a path that seems to distance him from both: he transfers to the Intervention Unit, a special team that works only from dusk to dawn.
Stay with me, the plot
This is the plot of 'Stay with me', the new Rai1 fiction, broadcast from Sunday 19 February in prime time for 8 episodes. The story was born from an idea by Maurizio De Giovanni, written by Donatella Diamanti and her team and directed by Monica Vullo. The main actors are Francesco Arca, Laura Adriani, Mario Di Leva, Antonio Milo, Arturo Muselli, Chiara Celotto, Maria Pia Calzone. The series, produced by Carlo Degli Esposti and Nicola Serra, is a "human comedy", multi-genre, with love stories that mix with detective stories. To make it, between writing and filming, it took almost three years.
The protagonist is a deputy commissioner who also knows how to get around the law, take initiatives outside the norms for a policeman who could also create some problems for the policemen, the real ones, who put their faces on the line every day.
